VB Application Opening on Development Computer, Not on ANY other PC
I created a simple VB application in visual studio. It works fine on the
development computer, but not on my desktop. Both have .NET 4.5 installed.
What's happening here? All that happens, when the app is run on a
non-development computer, the mouse wheel simply spins, then the spinnning
does away after a few seconds. No idea. Also, to note, it shows up in the
task manager for a few moments, then it dissapears from that too.
Edit: Here's the event logs if anyone wants to take a look and help me
figure it out.
