When I click 'like button', Can I change privacy setting' for this posting?

When I clicked 'like button' on Social Plugins menu in facebook developer
site, I can write a comment for this.
Is there any way to control 'privacy setting' for this comment?
In case of share dialog in social plugins, it allows to select 'privacy
settiing' display for everyone, friends of friends. friends..
I wonder it offer this kinds of options (privacy setting) when user
clicked 'like' button.
